Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Launching Soon: Price, Specs & Features

Samsung is on track to release the Galaxy S25 FE, a new addition to its Galaxy S25 lineup, in early September 2025. The device's arrival was confirmed during the company's Q2 2025 earnings briefing. Unlike the Galaxy S24 FE, which launched later in the year, this edition will be released ahead of schedule and includes key enhancements in build, performance, and imaging.

Leaked information shared by Android Headlines points to a more refined form factor. The Galaxy S25 FE will measure 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm and weigh close to 190 grams. A 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate is expected. Samsung will reinforce the front with Gorilla Glass Victus and include an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Performance will be driven by Samsung's Exynos 2400 chipset, with support from 8GB of RAM. Users can choose between 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. Power will be supplied by a 4,500 mAh battery, consistent with the previous model, but with enhanced 45W wired and 15W wireless charging support.

The rear camera system will reportedly maintain a triple-lens setup. The primary sensor will offer 50MP with OIS, along with a 12MP ultra-wide sensor and an 8MP telephoto lens supporting 3x optical zoom. A 12MP front camera will be positioned in a centered punch-hole cutout for video calls and selfies.

The phone is expected to come preloaded with Android 16 and One UI 8. Galaxy AI functionality is also anticipated, aligning it with other current flagship devices from the brand.

Although official pricing is pending, market reports estimate a launch price of approximately $600, equating to nearly Rs 52,000 in India. The Galaxy S25 FE is expected to be available in four colours: Icy Blue, Jet Black, White, and Navy.

The launch event is likely to be held in the first half of September 2025, positioning the Galaxy S25 FE as a competitive option in the premium mid-range smartphone category.
